1. Booking Confirmation

A consultation is confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Submitting a request or receiving a payment link does not, by itself, guarantee a booking.

2. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your consultation, subject to the following:

  • Requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will be accommodated, subject to the partner's availability, at no additional charge.

  • Requests made after this window may not be guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation under Section 3, at our discretion.

  • Rescheduling is generally permitted once per booking; further changes may require a fresh booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel:

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation: full refund, less any payment gateway processing fees actually incurred.

  • Within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation: 50% refund, since partner time has been reserved specifically for you.

  • No-show, without prior notice: no refund.

If we cancel or are unable to proceed:

  • If NLG needs to cancel or reschedule (e.g., due to a conflict, partner unavailability, or unforeseen circumstance), you will be offered a choice of a full refund or a rescheduled consultation at no additional cost, whichever you prefer.

4. After the Consultation

Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or advice given, since the service — the partner's time and professional input — has been delivered.

This policy does not affect any separate discussion regarding a formal engagement, which would be governed by its own terms.

5. How to Request a Refund or Rescheduling

To request a rescheduling or refund, please contact us at narwanelegalgroup@gmail.com referencing your booking details. We aim to process approved refunds within 4-5 business days to the original payment method.

6. General

  • This policy applies only to consultations booked and paid for through this website.

  • Nothing in this policy creates an advocate–client relationship or guarantees the outcome of any consultation.

  • Narwane Legal Group reserves the right to update this policy from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.
